Founded by Mrs. Oyinkan Alakija, a seasoned lawyer with over 20 years of experience and a specialisation in International corporate economic law.

Mrs Alakija’s extensive educational background garnishes her International capabilities from Kent, United Kingdom to Imperial College, Uk and various stints at MIT, and Harvard, specializing in international corporate finance law.

In her 20 years and growing she assisted Domino’s in expanding into Africa (Nigeria and Kenya) and continues to work with them.

Mrs. Alakija identified the need for a scalable platform to provide corporate service support to other businesses seeking to enter the African market at their varying levels of interest so as to maximise compliance whils reducing risk.

AfriHorizon hopes to successfully guide a new era of companies in establishing and growing their operations into Africa, and support their growth endeavours with long-term partnerships and support.

Oyinkan Alakija leads Gresyndale Legal with over two decades of experience in international business transactions, corporate finance, and maritime law. She has been instrumental in establishing major franchises, such as Domino’s in Nigeria, and facilitating client expansions across Africa, including the setup of manufacturing plants in the Lekki Free Trade Zone.

Her academic credentials include an LLB from the University of Kent, an MBA from Tanaka Business School, and an MSc in International Economic Law. Oyinkan is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. Beyond her legal practice, she is an avid writer and a mother of four.
